Are your products eco-friendly?

At Baboski, we're committed to minimising our environmental impact and providing clean, gentle products for your skin. Our products are vegan and cruelty-free, free of parabens, sulphates, mineral oils, and phthalates.  We recognize there's always room for improvement, and we're constantly researching and implementing new sustainable practices to reduce our environmental footprint.

What is the shelf-life of Baboski products?

The expiration date and PAO, a ‘period-after-opening’ of all products are mentioned on the packaging.

Is it safe to use your products while I am pregnant or nursing?

Our patented EncapShield® SPF Technology provides maximum sun protection without the worry of harsh chemicals entering your body.  We do, however, recommend sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare providers for review before using. 

Are the fragrances used in the product safe for the skin?

We understand some may prefer a touch of fragrance, so we've incorporated delightful, IFRA-certified scents. These gentle, hypoallergenic fragrances are kind to sensitive skin and mild for those with sinus concerns. They enhance your experience without overwhelming your senses.

Have your products been tested for safety?

All BABOSKI products have undergone rigorous testing to validate our claims.

Can I cancel my order once placed?

Once your prepaid order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. For COD orders, you can refuse the order at the time of delivery.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders once received, will be dispatched within 1-4 business days.

What is your return & refund policy?

If something isn't right, we offer returns or exchanges within 48 hours of delivery for:

·       Damaged items

·       Expired items

What should I do if I enter the wrong shipping address?
