Returns and Refund Policy

Initiate a Return/ Replacement Request:

If something isn't right, we offer returns or exchanges within 48 hours of delivery for:

  • Wrong items
  • Damaged items
  • Expired items

You can do so by sending an email to care@baboski.com with unboxing videos and photos of the wrong/damaged/expired product. The problem should be visible in the photos.

Review of Your Request:

Once you've raised a request, please allow us 2 working days to review it.

Product Verification and Resolution:

Returns must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.

Returns will not be accepted if:

a. The product is damaged/ opened or used.

b. It is without invoice.

c. It is with a tampered batch number and price.

d. It is without its original packaging.

Products once delivered, will not be applicable for a refund if it falls under any of the scenarios stated below:

a. Failure to provide adequate information about the case.

b. Failure to provide snapshots of the invoice, packet and box (if any).

Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns/ Refund Policy.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we'll thoroughly examine it to verify your claim. Based on our assessment, eligible returns will receive replacement (subject to stock availability) or a refund process. 

In case of refund, refund of any amount paid, will be processed to the source of payment, within 7-10 working days. The amount will be calculated after the deduction of shipping charges of Rs. 50 for prepaid orders and Rs.100 for COD orders.

Used Products:

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened or used bath and body products unless they are defective.

We are not responsible for damages post-delivery. We do not take responsibility for the misplacement of products post-delivery.
